Thunder Racing

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Thunder Racing's sim racing rigs, PS5 Pro Lounge, training packages, memberships, and events. By booking a session or creating an account, you agree to these terms.

Bookings

All sessions are booked in advance through our website and are subject to availability. A booking is only confirmed once payment (or a covering membership/package) has been processed. Please arrive on time — late arrival reduces your session's remaining duration and does not extend your end time.

Conduct

Rigs, controllers, and lounge equipment must be treated with care. Any damage caused by misuse or negligence may be charged to the responsible customer. Staff may end a session early for unsafe or abusive behaviour without refund.

Pricing

Prices are as displayed at the time of booking and may change for future bookings without notice. Confirmed bookings are honoured at the price paid.
